Starbucks or Coffee Republic?
--> Galerie

Staying in London city, I feel like being on a somewhat different planet. Right, I’m in the middle of Soho, but you can see it pretty much at any corner in London: people dare! They dare to have an own style, sometimes freaky, sometimes chic… nobody is dressed the same way (in Switzerland you normally can say when H&M or other fashion chains have sales - everybody looks the same then). LONDON IS COLORFUL! Everybody is young and sexy, public transport is not clustered by old people. It’s great to walk through the streets… new flavours, stylish people, strange behaviours…  and people tend to ignore the temperature. It is spring time now (and about 12 degree celsius), so why should a girl wear more than a short skirt and a top?I live the life of a bohemian… getting up late, walking throug Soho;, taking some pictures... eventually entering one of the nice coffee houses… Sure, Starbucks is everywhere. It’s fashionable, cosy… and normally crowded. But then there is Coffee Republic: same concept, comfortable arm-chairs, BUT: they sell “Milkies”. A Milky is a hot, foamy mild mixed with syrup (you can chose between various flavours – I suggest caramel). It’s just so tasty!While evenings in Soho are loud, fast and parrot-like, evenings in Chelsea are upper-classy and cool. In the Chelsea in-club “Babushka!” we met Jamiroquai… cars in Chelsea are fast and cool – no match for my old Land-Cruiser…  But living in London? Well, if yes, then this would be in Nothing Hill… There you have colourful small houses, a lively atmosphere, decent pubs, book stores, open markets and a bit quieter evenings… The scenery for films with Hug Grant and Julia Roberts :-)

Come to London and find out yourself!
